Returns & Exchanges

At Tiger Mist, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Download Shipping Label

  Select your preferred return method and download the pre-paid shipping label provided, or generate a QR code for drop-off.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the return form is included inside and the label is fixed to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
